This directory (and version of AlmaLinux) is deprecated. For normal users,
you should use /9/ and not /9.4/ in your path.

If you know what you are doing, and absolutely want to remain at the 9.4
level, go to https://repo.almalinux.org/vault/9.4/ for packages.

Please keep in mind that 9.4 no longer gets any updates, nor any security fix's.
