It will be uploaded here by the end of January 1999.
I'll give it a version number, package it in a compressed file
with a Makefile.PL, the POD documentation and a readme file.
Until then, you can view it's source code (less than
a hundred lines), view a sample program using it (about ten
lines) and test it out using a CGI program at:
