From here you can download the binary versions of APing releases.
To use this versions you don't need to have python installed.

REMEMBER use this versions only if you can not,or you have problems installing
python.These are in fact not really binary files,they are just bite compiled and
archived plus added the extensions (shared libraries) in a separate folder to run
APing without python installed.The binary files are generated with cx_Freeze
version 3.0.3 for the i386 architecture.These versions are with somewhat slower
then the script formats,so use the script format if you have python installed.
