They analyze one of the most dynamic markets of this last few
years: the online services market. Digital interactive services
are still an industry in its infancy and rapidly evolving. What
are the most effective strategies to deal with entry decision
in such an environment? The approach followed by the authors is
to design an advanced ``flight-simulator'' implemented in Swarm
to be used as a sophisticated aid to decision making. Also in
this case it is interesting to discover that the original
version of this model was built upon two pre-existing programs:
the so called ``Anazasi
village'' and the supply-chain model by Fu-Ren Lin.
