Savannah is currently kinda screwed up, and doesn't seem to allow
subdirectories, nor an easy way for developers to upload lots of small
files.

SO, only the minimun files are available here. Temporarily you can get
to the old files here:

ftp://ftp.gnu.org/savannah/files

I am only putting the tar files and a few of the (arm) binaries here for
right now. The rest can hopefully be available at the above url.
